This project was an individual assignment completed at the end of the Visual Design course, led by My Dahlstrand from Oh My. The task was to develop a visual identity for ReSeat, including logo, color palette, typography, and an image style for use in digital communication and marketing.

The project also explored how ReSeat should be experienced online through the design of a responsive launch website. Selected key pages were designed for both desktop and mobile. The final designs present a finished visual direction, applying principles of layout, typography, color, accessibility, and responsive design.

Context

In this project, I explored a minimalist and poetic visual direction rooted in Scandinavian design. By working with a calm visual tempo, nature-inspired colors, and muted pastels, I aimed to create a warm and trustworthy experience where both the story and the products are given space.

Rather than explaining sustainability, I focused on expressing it through aesthetics, positioning it as something beautiful, personal, and relevant. I also explored how different pages support different narratives. The homepage communicates ReSeat’s vision and product uniqueness, while the contact page highlights the people behind the brand to build credibility and emotional connection.

The result is a visual direction that supports inspiration, trust, and a distinctly Scandinavian identity.
